Hi Bob. I found this one by using smallcapcenter.com screener. It's a really nice site. You can join for free, set up searching parameters and save each search. I think I have about 8 different scans set up.
I also use stockcharts.com scanner and even use Americanbull.com even though I'm not crazy about their picks but sometime, by just going through the buys displayed, you can run across some undiscovered stock.
I do use other sites when searching for good fundies but mainly do better scanning. I don't limit myself to just low PE stocks so scanning sometimes reveals some good looking POS stock too. lol
