How's it going to be available in 16 million homes if no one subscribes? IT is a pay to view service.
You seem to have trouble understanding the difference between "AVAILABLE" and "SUBSCRIBERS".
Yes, it's a premium service. But for example, if Comcast signed to carry QTN, it would be AVAILABLE to 21,487,000 Comcast subsribers. If lets say 1% of them elect to pay their $7.95 to receive QTN, we would then have 214,487 SUBSCRIBERS.
