It doesn't matter. Q is in 3 cities, no signs of any carriers. I'd be surprised if they have over 500 subscribers. We will see in June if they have 16,000,000 subscribers like "Frank Olsen" said. I'll send him $2000 if he can even get 1/8 of that.
