That is correct, and I think this discounting will continue in months to come. But right here, pessimism has gone too far, and I think that a ramp, the like we had after the first major down leg in 2000 (the summer rally from the late May low), or the one month run from late July 2002 to late August 2002, is imminent, probably sometime this week, maybe even Monday after a weak opening.
