I don't see how a reverse split would be beneficial for the company at any time, but trying to look ahead that far seems an exercise in futility until we know more of what is to come in the next 3-6 months.
From my discussion with Meller directly, he emphasized the desire to reduce the SS through means that do not include a R/S. Few companies are able to succeed with a R/S aside from the big board stocks.
If he can continue enhancing his revs, year over year, he might be able to come up with enough cash to buy back enough shares to stimulate a big enough gapper to bring the pps to a place where a R/S won't be needed.
First things first....let's see him eradicate the monthly payments and the balloon payment at the end of the year. If he can do that, I think the rest will remedy itself....
