Where are these magic shares coming from if they are taking stock options but they are "limiting diluting." Logic says, if they had all this private money, they wouldn't need to dilute?
Wanna know why volume is high? Because they (current or former management) is selling shares. Small people like you and me are not selling I can tell you that
