crk, re DNDT

Despite a huge jump in revenues, it looks like they had a loss in Q4. The recent quarter is the most important to me (hence the annualized P/E), so I would say the stock is fairly valued unless we discover that there were some 1-time items that affected the Q4 bottom line...or they bounce back with a decent profit in Q1.

dndt.ob I think there is room for dndt.ob to get in the .50 neighborhood. I like the expanding inventory of products and the way the CEO has marched thru the list of problems that he inherited.

Still, they have to convince the markets that they can consistently make money. The .05eps doesn't do them much good if they don't get back quickly to profitability.

Luckily this time of year, we don't have to wait long to find out. q1 should be out in a month.

Also on the negative side is whether the market will give dndt.ob credit for the turnaround. They are in a tough sector and I don't think they will get a 10 p/e until they have a series of profitable qtrs strung together. Of course the tough sector is part of the reason why I think they will do ok. They occupy a tiny niche in a very large market. They offer older equipment that is still needed to produce cheaper electronics that doesn't require the most powerful or smallest configuration.

That said, I am hoping the increased revs allow dndt.ob to beat that .05 with real profits instead of one time items and non cash accounting entries. Bobwins
