CERTIFICATE OF QUALIFICATION
I, Randall L Moore, of 2986 Powell Street, Eugene, Oregon, the author of the report entitled
“Technical Report on the Conglomerate Mesa Property, Inyo County, California” dated February
10, 2011, DO HEREBY CERTIFY THAT:
1. I am a Registered Professional Geologist in the State of Washington RPG # 1390 and
hold the designation of Consulting Geologist.
2. I hold degrees of Geology and I hold the degree of Bachelor of Science (1975) from
the University of Oregon.
3. I have been practicing my profession since 1974 (36 years) and have since that time been
actively employed in various capacities in the mining industry at numerous locations in
North America.
4. I have read the definition of “Qualified Person” set out in National Instrument 43-101 and
certify that by reason of my education, affiliation with a professional organization (as
defined in National Instrument 43-101) and past relevant work experience, I fulfill the
requirements to be a “Qualified Person” for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101.
5. I was retained by SUNGRO MINERALS (“SUGO”) to review data and write the
Technical Report. I visited the Conglomerate Mesa property in August 3 to 5, 2009
and again on January 4 and 5, 2011, and have reviewed previous geological data,
geochemical results, and technical reports on the subject property.
6. I have not had any prior involvement with the Conglomerate Mesa property that is
subject of the Technical Report
7. I have not received and do not expect to receive any interest, either directly or indirectly,
in any properties of SUGO and I do not beneficially own, either directly or indirectly, any
securities of SUGO. I am independent of SUGO, as required by National Instrument 43-
101.
8. I have read National Instrument 43-101 and Form 43-101F1. The Technical Report has
been written in compliance with the National Instrument 43-101 and Form 43-101F1.9. I am responsible for all sections of the Technical Report.
10. As of the date of this Certificate, to the best of my knowledge, information and belief, the
Technical Report contains all scientific and technical information that is required to be
disclosed to make the Technical Report not misleading.
