#12433 RE: 914paul #12431

There are other positives that few have spoken about so far, but I suggest will help SUGO obtain a development partner. One thing is that it is in the USA, which is a politically and legally stable environment with no problems like we see in the middle east, and other unstable parts of the world, and with surrounding resources that can be brought to bear on mine development.

Moreover, for the foreseeable future, owing to deficit spending, it looks like the local currency will continue to weaken against gold and work magic on the value of the claim. Governments love to spend too much, and SUGO actually benefits from that!! As Ronald Reagan said, "I'm not worried about the deficit, because it is big enough to take care of itself." And that prevailing government mindset is what is driving Gold up.

Another plus is that the claim is located within a reasonable distance from roads, and support, but it is far from any large populated areas. So, while it has easy access to resources it needs, development of a mine will not disrupt any competing activities, and will be doable in an environmentally sound manner.

Finally, I want to mention the magnitude of the change that is potentially on the horizon. If SUGO does deliver the development partner, the change in its prospects will be as if night turned to day. Such a dramatic change would truly alter perceptions and the current $4 Million market cap will look simply ridiculously low. Any deal of any kind will bring this PPS north of $.30 and a good deal, with the right company, well, name your number.
