I am fully aware of the difference in a corporation and an LLC. That difference is irrelevant in this case.

It appears that Kat Exploration Inc is an American (Nevada) corporation and has been since it was formed. But years ago in CANADA there was formed a Canadian corporation (LIMITED) that apparently acts as a Canadian holding entity for the Nevada corporation. All of the financial reports for KAT Exploration Inc have been filed in the name of Kat Exploration Limited. ALL OF THEM.

I'm guessing that Kat Exploration Limited has been in existence for years prior to the purchase of the shell company that became KAT Exploration Inc. Go back and review all of the financial reports by the bookkeeping company and you will see that the reports are all in the name of Kat Exploration Limited.

I am partly speculating here. I noted the difference early on and tried to clarify for myself. I am satisfied that it is not a problem here. But I recommend that you do your own research on the matter.
