there are no coincidences .. imo

again i only follow a handful of co.s on the OTC
but it's rather remarkable how *consistent* certain
aspects are where loopholes being exploited are concerned

You have done a lot of digging, thanks for your very detailed reply, glad to see you over on the JBII board as well, good to see your daily breakdown of volume. Hopefully these new rules coming into force will stop some of the manipulation going on, Quite baffling that it has taken this long, considering that most new job growth comes from these small entrepreneurial companies, these rules will greatly benefit the US going forward.
