Very interesting. I like it doesn't show much emotion in the price movement since the 8k. It looks to me like a nice under the radar day trader for now. Good 25 to 50% daily swings with volume you can get in and out of, with nice sized trades. As always it's all in the numbers. It also hapotentialal for becoming hot due to the story setup.
The back story is primed, with the NOV mergers announcement and the JAN 8k stating it's NOT a shell. (Why the hell would a pink file a statement like that, [or any 8k for that matter] unless they have something up their sleeve?) I'd guess from under my tin foil hat the JAN price & volume spike was for a reason. A reason which is taking place behind the curtain right now. Probably about funding to place their PR'd plans into action.
You see when company insiders want funding from a VC to execute a business plan. They need to show the VC's they can pop the stock at will, so the VC's know they can trade the stock they get for funding, for their profits up front. VC's don't fund because they think the company will succeed and pay the loan back, including interest. They fund to use the shares they get, in the deal, to fleece the herd.
Chart wise it would be nice for a channel to form from 1 to 4 cents, until the story picks up. With over 1 mill a day volume in a single zero stock, that would keep the day trading crowd around. If playing, watch for inter day manipulation you can rely on to trade.
Like if the day finishes high it will fall in the rush hour. Or if it finishes low it will run in rush hour. Also watch for what time the rush hour reversals take place.
Normally a day trading penny will run or dive 9:30 to 10:30, reverse and run to new highs or lows by 11:30 and balance out mid way around lunch for an hour. Then repeat the pattern 1/2 the size of swing in the afternoon.
If you can find these patterns in the daily price swings, you can use then to plan & look for entry/exit.
