Depends on the terms, etc. Also, a PR would have to be approved by both companies and/or put out by both companies. The billion dollar companies take a while to approve and release PRs...They have to go through about 5 levels of lawyers. Having said that, if and when one happens this will have whatever funds, investors, and traders associated with the larger company all attracted to SUGO. And, I got to tell you. It wouldn't take much of their buying to move this to $5 per share with the right deal. I can guarantee you 99% of those who actually own this stock will be raising their offers to that level or higher. Watch the supply of stock dry up and the price sky rocket.
