I guess we'll find out. Seems there aren't any bulls now. Even Zeev has turned bearish, apparently. It seems to me extremes like this are registered at bottoms, not tops.

But then 'n agin' u still might be in Wave 4 of Super Cycle 3, a MULTI year Wave 4 at that. Yes, it's an academic exercise but an interesting one.

The real Bear may still be the recession/ compression/ depression/ concussion that faces us ten years after every foreign engagement/ entanglement/ containment/ peace initiative.<gg>

I will concur with you Laird, rallies will now be in of lower highs and lower lows trend, imo.
And NDX will continue to be the worst of the lot over time.
I can't, however, rule out completely SPX having a minor new high-- it has a remote chance.
But NDX as broken the levels i needed to see to confirm a bear trend in techs is in place, imHo, only--of course:)
We have now entrenched flight from risk that i believe has longetivity in it---that is bad for Techs.
Techs are flashing signs of a growth grind down.
