its amazing that sec finra others let things like this happen again and again

its amazing what things are legal in this country its just shame and its sad

i mean cant they come with some rule to limit number of shares company can issue and reverse splits at least make it an obligation for the company to ask shareholders about those things

otherwise they will continue to steel money , yes we always say from newbies but still doesn't make it right

unbelievable and sad and i wanna cry now
