APCX will move forward and pull back, It is called the accumulation distribution phase of a stock. Like yesterday it went to .0012 pulled back to .001 (the reason I say this, is the .0009's were on the bid and not all .0009's got filled), then moved to .0014. If you want to get in wait for a pullback and buy.

I'd at least buy some now and then some when the pullback comes. Only because the pullback might be higher then where you would buy now.
