lots of changes in the filings though some is the same...what does the joint venture imply? they did drill HC last year was it in a JV effort ? hence the spinoff? more to the story I think will be revealed very soon....tough to discredit no change in SS since last update and other data they provided us with RR updated, salary disclosed...while getting back to current information..
I always thought some of that stuff was just a rubber stamp from the year before, or the previous Quarter. Now you have proven one part of it. Who do they think they are kidding ?
C'mon man are you serious? Take a look at the 10-k from APPLE last year and the year before here (you will notice they are essentially the exact same business plan)
Glad to see there is stability and consistency in the business plan from one year to the next, especially in an exploration company which is in a long range industry. Wouldn't expect much if any changes in the audit synopsis. I'm sure that the board and Ken have a much more detailed plan with short, interim and long range goals, but such detail is not required or expected in the audit.
