No dilution. The additional shares in the float are about 50 million...

What Does Float Mean?
1. The total number of shares publicly owned and available for trading. The float is calculated by subtracting restricted shares from outstanding shares.

These shares were already factored into the A/S and O/S (which have not changed). These were most likely the 50 million owned by the financiers that recently became unrestricted...NOT newly issued shares. Of note, I guess I was wrong thinking they became unrestricted at the record date...because they apparently were still restricted on August 31, 2010.
