I suppose the lady from the court of chancery is full of bs aswell. I get your point about gardner; sure why would he say anything. So who have they served Champ? You spout off like you know the case yet probably haven't attempted to call anyone? I give up..I will agree with you.. if MSE doesnt get these shares returned from 2007 then this company hasn't a chance so I guess we should ALL wait for this huge court case and not believe any other news MSE may provide because it ALL stems on these shares being returned...so please new investors please listen to everything Champ says...it should happen any day now...or is it another 2 weeks...gmafb
