His first lawyer quit on him. 2nd lawyer probably also told him he had no case so he probably offered a fraction of his 2 year salary to settle and JBII took it for pennies on the dollar. Didn't the judge rule that Kaplanis didn't even have the correct jurisdiction in his case? Next thing you know it the case is extinct. It wasn't going well for Kaplanis. I highly doubt you'll see an 8K for such an obviously tiny settlement so quickly reached after Kaplanis lost a key ruling.
So much for the Kaplanis case being the deaht of JBII. lol
