I would assume there would be an appeal, and that if Teva lost they would go for an injunction if m-copaxone was approved while the appeal was pending. Not saying they would get it. But what's the view of the legal eagles here on the aftermath of a decision by this court?
In that case, the trial should be quick. The Judge will have ruled on the Markman hearing and have had two years to consider the pleadings by the time the trial commences.
