No I get the point. If that was ever an option, I'd rather not lose any % of copaxone for a fix the PPS short term. I'm a patient man :)

If NVS ever wanted to do it out of goodwill, however, than I'd be more than happy to accept their offer :)

In zero sum games the weaker gets the short end. That would be MNTA.

IF NVS had any significant interest in MNTA they would just buy the company. The stand-still agreement died years ago.

At least we now have a trial date. My suspicion is that the time line for a decision will be longer than the two months that the judge took in the L-patent case.
