it is very obvious the company is on some type of lockdown for whatever reason...

lol.it's not just a matter of spinning bad news. they are trying to figure out how they are going to avoid being busted for disseminating false and misleading information. hey? where's those shares?

I agree. Four things come to mind.

1. We recently hired a big time IR firm with a proven track
record. ..........to spread bad news???............... I
think NOT!

2. We sent our RR samples to TWO different labs for analysis.
That's not something you would do with weak or mediocre
results, especially when taking into account expensive lab
costs.

3. More than one exploration company in the area has mentioned us
in their PR regarding REE's. Now, I certainly would not want
to be associated with someone who is about to go under. Bad
PR I'd say.

4. Our last PR indicated an uplisting is in process. This is
not a cheap process and definitely not the
actions of a company about to go belly up.

These do not sound like the actions of a company that is about to abandon it's shareholders. Do your own DD. I, for one, will take my chances.

Dagg,,can you give some examples of why a company goes into "lockdown" other than negative doom and gloom?
Would they do this before a merger? or a share distribution? OR UPLISTING?
GUESS I AM SAYING "DOES IT HAVE TO BE NEGATIVE?
