Back to subpenny and falling where all of Williams' pump and dump manipulation began. Problem is, the company has lost a lot more money over the past 18 months and the only way they can pay for all of those lost dollars is to dump more stock.

CDIV is now in worse shape than ever with no hope of doing much in the way of sales. The company's apps get horrible consumer reviews.

Those short have 11 days to cover or they are in violation of the new regulations ... not sure how many times I have heard this same thing since the 90's... oh yeah, FYI: there are basically NO SHORTS here :-) lolzzz ... oh this big bad new rule change is going to change everything on these pinks... :-D weeeeee

Even though the Chart is going down, its only to scare people

Look at the accum/dist line steady as a rock.

If this isn't manipulation i don't know what is?

AlanC...I am with you on that guesswork of what is going on. Not worried at all, gonna add when I can soon enough. We will all do very well, patience is key. I sense from watching the trading of CDIV for the past few months that it has a very strong constituency of holders...but Shorts are trying scare tactics to loosen up some shares hoping for a major dump...ain't gonna get it though as they accumulate more airshare positions.

Excellent post AlanC!
As reflected by today's short numbers, I believe today was most definately a scare.
Finra data shows 1,112,549 out of 2,038,913 shares shorted.
Since Buy volume was 1,059,634 and ? volume was 31,683, it proves there were shares shorted at the bid today.

Agree with you and Sapylak. Scare tactics that have all been predicted. Strong hands aren't worried.
