1) restricted shares ARE dilution. 40% of your ownership in this POS was just taken from your little hands!

2) restricted shares can be sold at some point (and WILL be), and the company has not stated the terms. Typically that would be 6 months, which is April!

Let me guess, the "transparent" CEO will not tell her shareholders the terms of the restricted shares, correct?
