If criminal activities took place in Phila, how about the city of Phila prosecuting them - albeit I realize that's not high-profile enough for FOX, Beck and others who have made non-this story a crusade.
Should Holder have used a better phrase than "my people"? Sure, but my guess is he had had just about enough of pols who are determined to fight the DoJ for their pol gain.
Is Holder "a complete moron"? Nah - best you use another term if you want others to take your argument seriously.
