At this point yes imo, although I like the optimism, we don't have any documentation to support that. Right now we know a rich guy who owns OHAQ has another company with alot of money. And we know OHAQ is looking for a merger candidate. OHAQ saw lots of buying out of the blue 2 weeks ago and hasn't retreated much. That's a watered down summary of where we're at.

No...actually if we RM into the private company that owns this shell....their revs = .33 per share with this structure of OHAQ....thats most likely why it hit .33 last week. Just a precursor IMO......thats only 1x earnings...The RM may or may not happen, but with the volume as of late, well....draw your own conclusions
