Now this makes sense. Pushing the price down to get cheaper shares. This thing will take off again. Note the low, low volume compared to before. Wish I had more $$$ right now

As per LOI:

"To complete the agreement Clean Power Concepts will be hosting a formal delegation from Chongqing within the next 60 days which will be comprised of private company officials and Chinese state representatives".

IMO they are giving shape and adjusting the deals as they go, and when everything is ready, the Chinese Formal Delegation will come only once to do the signing.

Some people losing patience and selling, their loss.
I'm convinced, IMO, based on the actions and facts so far,
the deals will materialize before March ends.
