According to last PR that's the news we should get next, 1st 10 million in financing then permitting.

In my experience when spreads get this tight the stocks tend to rise dramatically. Looking for SUGO to go beyond the $.19 mark it hit in the next 3-10 days. Watching for news to kick this off.

Time to really "own" this.

Another shareholder already said they have turned down his offer of $200,000. They don't need cash right now. They need a relationship with someone that is interested in this property that will help to develop it. That is, they need a contract.

All of these small buys are starting to add up. Keeps adding a little more pressure to a log jam ready to bust.
