#2805 RE: eastcoast27 #2804

Stockreads.com (dated 2/4/2011) states that erfw and schlumberger will settle on a contract for 10 million OR MORE. I agree the word "settlement" sounds more like litigation than contract negotiation lingo. It does say "10 million or more" so maybe they haven't settled on a figure. Just my two cents. GL!

At the risk of having my message deleted I will comment on your question about the SLB contract.

I have been invested in ERFW for over 2 years now and during that time I e-mailed Dr. Cubley a number of times and asked about the SLB contract. In particular about a part of the contract that DC stated, when it was entered into, was guaranteed. Although he could not go into specifics, of course, during one of the conversations he stated that SLB was being invoiced on a monthly basis but that there were ongoing negotiations over the contract. This was several months ago and when I later asked again about the progress he stopped responding.

So maybe, just maybe, there is something to this settlement talk and 10M, in my opinion, would not be out of the question considering the size of SLB and their complete failure to carry out their end of the deal.

All we can do is hope that it is true, and if it is I believe we will finally see some positive action.
