Nut well that I do not know but unlikely IMO. If Jeff was like Dean he have issued and sold a lot more shares by now. IMO Dean sure would have if Jeff did not stop him. So doesn't seem to fit what you are thinking about Jeff. Dean was CEO period I blame him.
