If I was an istit owning like 600k shares and didn't want to take any risk with all the stuff that came out lately (hit pieces, law suits,...) I'd be hedging too as a way to limit risks...

Now, for the believers, what the stock price does between now and the signed off 10-K is irrelevant... I just would like a date from the company or a statement saying that everything is going smoothly and to give you something to chew on, here are the unaudited Q4 numbers...
