The only other thing I can say is that I have been interested in both because of my son for years, but as you can see, seaside has advanced to phase II.
Seaside has three mechanistic platforms they are developing already: GABA-B, mGluR5, M1. Cortex and Seaside are quite aware of each other's existence--but do you think Cortex would be best-off having their compounds with a company for whom they would be the third or fourth ranked priority?
