This stock was driven down by poor drilling results and complete lack of transparency and communication by management. All the naysayers were correct. And until shown otherwise by the Company they still are. There was NO shorting .. except by the MMs legally in their normal course of market- making.

The Relentless Selling Of Shares over 6mo
Lack of Transparency (never uplisting as promised)

The Promo ended
(Look at most any pink stocks chart)

Also Phantom Shares scared many, many people after its announcement.
Being way to quiet...

I say this over and over, "Its Never the Company...BULL!"

Katx's price came down because of Bad Business and Hype
This board has lost much of its credibility due to hype and misrepresentations of the facts.

Only people who made out, where the traders who understood the promo...
And odds are the Financers made out too.......................

Who is left, those that listened to HOLD don't let em steal your shares.

This stock was driven down by the ceaseless negativity of some peeps....


If you are going to say that is the reason why, then many will argue that the reason the stock went as high as .25 was because of the hype of some peeps.

Here is why we are stuck:

1. Less than stellar results from Phase 1 at HC after a lot of hype of massive gold deposits.
2. The discovery of "sub-economic" copper at hole 1 at RR after a lot of hype along with plenty of "Olympic Dam" references.
3. The continuing silence from management.

Add them all up and you have fear, uncertainty, doubt, disillusionment and disappointment. And so far Ken has done nothing to change that.

Perhaps we will someday hear news about uplisting or when we will get our KATG shares or even results from the rest of hole 2. Perhaps there may be enough REEs to make up for the lack of copper at hole 1. Where is all that "Olympic Dam" like deposits of copper at RR? Funny how all that hype disappeared. I don't hear "we good" and "life-changer" much anymore.
