On a serious note: I was thinking about the "cleaning house" theory during the second and third 1 MIL block trade and think this may be whats happening or not?? (I dont know) but did not want to be accused of piloting a black helicopter back from Utah.

If MM's were "cleaning their books" you would have
seen this phenomenon with other stocks , not just KATX
I have not seen this in my other holdings
