I won't believe it until the price is actually set at half, not just talk. 30% less, Shire 15% less, is reasonable. Big pharmas all talk about cheap drug, when it comes to actual pricing, they won't undercut each other dramatically.

If every patient pays his/her own drug, I am sure he/she will switch. But that is not how our healthcare system works. Some insurances might force switch, but most won't because they cover so few patients, so they don't bother.

Even if it is better, it is negligible. Look, those three drugs are almost identical, you can call them biosimilar.
