i'm confident that the company has other measures that they are taking if they are late with the deloitte audit. besides. at this point, i've decided that i'm ready for lower prices. i'm ready to flood my boat. let's do this.

don't get caught up in something so meaningless, what are the shorts going to do? sell more shares? how are they going to get them? all they can do is buy puts.... and try to orchestrate a panic sell off. you really think they'd want to do that? how are they going to cover after doing that when the audited 10-K comes in?

lol. granted, they are pretty much suicide bombers as it is... but i think that they'd want to avoid a complete self destruction.

Agreed. Shorts have already started parading this audit as being late and it will certianly give them ammo to do so.
Believe Deloite has been working on it and 2 1/2 more weeks SHOULD be ample time.

Am hoping being late will not happen.

I am in this camp with on this but also know that I will wait it out should it become an UNneccessary evil.
