My company does a lot of business with various consultants but we don't evaluate their financials before contracting their services. They are treated like any other supplier. I am sure the agreement is non-binding so if things don't work out then each party can move on. GLTA
I completetly agree. I am sure both HNSS and US News did a very in-depth overview of the other party before even starting real discussions about a joint venture.
This is a JOINT VENTURE. While HNSS may be providing a service for US News, they are sharing the revenues.
