The common stock is still worthless.

The only way this stock moves upward at all is if it gets pumped again with untruths and convincing the ignorant (again) there is value where there is none. At some point, the pool of ignorant people willing to throw money at a worthless stock runs out, which is why the pumping teams move from stock to stock so frequently.
