On one hand what you say is true. A few years ago I remember another company, USXP, that was in the same boat. The CEO went to jail. In the meantime the mm's ran the stock from .0005 to .06. I'm not saying it is going to happen. I just saying there are not absolutes in the pennies.
Do you have proof that Gelmon has been reported? I read somewhere that the problem was with the Johnny Famous, it sounded like Gelmon actually got screwed, that should make you happy Liable. I would like more proof when you make accusations and assumption and appear to state facts. There are shoes, you can go and buy them at a store in Jamaica NY. If this was an out and out scam I think stores mentioned in PR's would have sued. It is a business deal that went sour.
