Thanks. I had checked DODSBIR.NET and it still shows only a Phase I for A09-199. Anyways, I emailed Jim and this is what he had to say:


"No, We were also selected for this project. Many times the Army issues multiple awards.

By the way, the injector that Eddie Sturman uses is an offshoot of an injector that I invented."
