Now that post you don't know this is a scam. The company they merger with might be small and not exciting for that reason but scam. No proof of that.

AUCI was a victim of a third party releasing a PR then rescinding the offer within hours after making it. This was a SCAM brought upon AUCI. Below is another company that is experiencing the same thing as far as fake PRs are concerned:
