I had enough and bailed out today
Failure to notify shareholders of what, imo is a material event by this date, is a bad omen and more than reason to liquidate.
If I'm wrong, so be it, can always buy again, but that sure doesn't seem in the cards.

They have 4 days from the date of the material event to produce an 8K. I guess that we will have to hear it from the company to know for sure.
