With all due respect, if anything is skewed, it's your perception of my 'role' in HMGP. I was taken by KAA just like you and everyone else. Only difference is, KAA and DD2 both used gullible me to lead all the other sheep to the slaughter. This is what sickens me the most.
IMO, DD2 is probably more to blame than KAA in some ways. Knowing how 'authoratative' he was, he probably influenced KAA himself, just as much as he did members of this board. KAA's problem was listening to him. After DD2 made his (group's) money, he skidaddled and left KAA with the bag of lies to cover up. Since KAA is the CEO of the company though, it falls on him for the blame. KAA fudged the numbers, not DD2 (even if DD2 influenced it).
If (fraud) charges are ever to be brought against KAA, CT is the key to making anything stick. In such a successful event, it would be my hope that KAA dragged DD2 down with him.
If anything of the sort ever arose, I myself would be more than willing to offer my testimony, for what it'd be worth. The only thing I'm guilty of is being told by DD2 how he was 'supporting' the HMGP stock price. If HMGP continued to be a legitimate company, DD2's support would have been justified. Since HMGP turned out to be little more than a scam, DD2's role ultimately amounted to stock market manipulation. A felony, if I'm correct.
Of course, let's not leave John (whateverhisnamewas). My inadvertently catching him hunched over his computer, complaining about the stock price and shareholders, could lend suspicion on his own part in the manipulating of the HMGP pps.
As for me though, the only thing I'm guilty of is gullibility. Much like you.
