WHAT you are forgetting is if they intended to be scam artists why not wait until this went to pinks before increasing the preferred shares 2 weeks back? WHY? WHY? WHY? huh? EXPLAIN THAT BUD? whoops there goes that theory of yours LOL...IMO this is a mistake and it will be corrected AND IMO the increase of Preferred Shares was their way of informing us that management was making moves and that financing is around the corner. Furthermore, everyone is worried about the PPS and since their employees own THE MAJORITY of the OS then they only really have to keep them happy for now. While im not happy the PPS is where its at, i will say im not happy with the way things have gone recently, i still believe in the business plan and believe the shareholders will be rewarded soon. Its not the end of March 2011 yet :)
I also know a few pinks that file 8-k's and 10k's. But hey if it works with your agenda, then go for it...Try to paint the dark gloomy picture so you get cheaper shares. I commend you for spending all day on here trying to convince shareholders to sell to you :)
Lastly, try a little harder bud, your not getting my shares :)
