#309 RE: asinus asinum fricat #308

At this point, I have not researched diverse organic definitions and requirements, so I cannot comment on that yet. I was just throwing that organics question as an example.

As for modifications, I do not think improvements/modifcations equate to pushing sales back at all.

First, the pilot at the zoo has been operating for 18 months, so it is logical that we are making tweeks and imporvements. And like any other technology or software, a company can sell version X and then sell version Y farther down the road, as the next version and even next generation comes to be.

Second, again in my moderately novice opinion on the subject, note the line in the UK Processor PR:

The UK food processor, which is one of the largest in UK, has selected Verticrop™ as a basis for trials of selected varieties of commercial food crops. The company will provide funding for certain modifications to the Verticrop™ system in order to meet their own specific requirements.

Even after Valcent is completely done all its tweeks it will ever do based on its own analysis, there will likely be new customers that want this change or that modification to meet their own planned use and business strategy. So, there will always be some changes happening to the basic unit for this sale or that sale, but such changes are not connected to our overall sales abilities and efforts.

All, IMO, of course.
