A sub penny pink sheet stock plays like this. They company needs to make changes to attract interest and effect price. FULLY REPORTING, AN upgrade out of pink sheets, and drastically lowering A/S will do it.
Otherwise, day trade it or hold on and be patient until the significant events provide a proper reflection in interest and volume. It's pretty much up to the company to get on the ball, like they have, and follow through on their aggressive growth plan, and significant changes. PR's and conference calls are great and all, but "real" investors want numbers.
