If you will please enlighten me as to what Copper King actually owns, and after any bankruptcy resoloution will still own in regards to properties? Also I seen where you said no check will be written immediately, once again who is this supposed to be buyer and at what price per share is the offer? Does Copper King have the wherewithall to actually retrieve copper and other minerals from these mines? What do you think the value of the mines to be to a healthy company that can work the mines?
