From my candid talks with Eric at the shareholders meeting, Hannover House will remain, and a ticker change won't be realistic until after the audit is released and an uplist occurs, if it happens at all by that point. There may be no benifit to it seeing that there will be enough industry credentials behind the name Hannover House.
IMO, if there will be a shuffle of names of any sort, Hemdale will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hannover House. But that is just my speculation at this point.
