That has nothing to do with trading. An RSA SecurD Key is used to provide user access to networks. Lots of companies use them for employees and customers to access secure information. For example, my bank uses a similar technology for online access to make sure that the account holder not only has the correct password, but is using a registered computer to log on. It is just a password/access authentication process.
In this case, it is given to Pink Sheet customers to upload information (such as Press Releases) to Pink Sheets for publication on their website. You have to already be a Pink Sheets PR customer (i.e., an already public company PAYING Pink Sheets for stock promotion services) to be issued a password that would utilize the Key. It has ZERO to do with regulatory compliance and stock registration.
You are really reaching with this one. I guarantee there is no such thing as a "trading key". Owen probably made it up and like a lot of things Owen and Petro invented, it is being parroted here.

Where did anyone mention that, said "key", had anything to do with regulatory compliance?

I recall it was originally stated that since Petro has been issued a "trading key", it means they have registered with the SEC and will begin trading. That clearly refers to regulatory compliance. Of course, none of that is true. It was all made-up as part of the fraud, yet the lie continues to be thrown about.
To which I reply now: Since the company's official use of the term is not known, maybe, just maybe someone mis-posted, and meant to say key and posted trading key. Or mayby if someone could tarck down the original post, it only said key. Do you know where the original post is?
